THE WEEKLY TRI!!!!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is TWT coming at you LIVE in the spring quarter of 2011!!!  That is correct peoples.  Spring.  Quarter.  Which brings with it fond memories of Dillo’s Days, sunshine, and beet juice.  More importantly, this is triathlon season.  The season of triathlons.  The winter of our discontent has been made glorius summer by this son of triathlon (shout out of the week for anyone who can  name that line, who says it, and what the context is).  Get ready to go fast, kick ass, take names, and avoid gnomes.

 

THE WEEK THAT WAS:

-This was the color of the water in the Caribbean where I went.  Yes, it was warm and salty.  But that was then, this is now.

 

THE WEEK THAT WILL BE:

-Nationals.  Need I say more?  I don’t think so.  4.9.11 is days away.  Holy moly.  Tranny practice on Saturday at 11:00.  Wetsuit workouts and swim practice this thursday and next monday.  We leave in 8 days.

 

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

-As most of you probably noted, Brad sent out the MECTC 2011-2012 schedule this week.  Look at those races as you start planning your summers and keep them in mind.  Especially those of you staying here in Evanson/Chicago over the summer.  We need people at those races if ya’ll want to go to Nationals next year.
